Requirements

Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1

Windows XP, 2003,2000, 98se

follow these instructions to see if you have .Net Framework 1.1

1. Click Start

2. Click Control Panel

3. Click Add Remove Programs

4. Scroll down the list until you find Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1

5. If it appears on the list close all open windows except your browser and download DHNcontacts

6.  If you do not find it, close all open windows. use Start>All Programs> Windows Update, or within IE Tools>Windows Update,

7. click custom Install.

8. Click select optional software updates

9. Scroll down to where it is listed and select it

10. click install updates and follow instructions.

11. when installation is complete, come back and download DHNcontacts.
